Joshua keeps our catering service running smoothly by overseeing our day to day operations, including managing our events. Joshua makes the incredibly difficult job of being our Executive Chef look easy.

Laura has 15 years experience as a catering employee, and 3 years experience coordinating. Everything it takes to make the event flawless, and lives to make our clients palates happy. We’d be lost without Laura.
